Founder and CEO of Mosaic Coaching

Hassan Moore

ACC, CPC, CLDS, CPDS, ELi-MP Certified Professional Coach

Hassan Moore is among the most trusted thought leaders in Coaching and building Inclusive and Equitable workspaces. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, the global accrediting body of the coaching industry. In addition, he holds multiple accreditations and certifications in professional coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), including core leadership coaching, performance coaching, and master practitioner of energy leadership index. The effectiveness of Hassan's coaching is rooted in his extensive experience working with Board members, Senior Leaders, C-Suite executives, DEI Committees, and chairing the Learning and Development Committee. Previously, as Supplier Diversity Manager at Temple University, Hassan was pivotal in escalating MWDBE and local expenditure through innovative outreach and compliance measures. Collaborative ventures, such as launching a Supplier Diversity Portal and helming the inaugural Supplier Diversity & Equity Council, are testaments to Hassan capability in group leadership and establishing impactful programs. These roles have sharpened my expertise in strategic initiatives and stakeholder management, propelling meaningful organizational transformation.

Currently, Hassan serves as Vice President and manager of DEI initiatives for a leading financial institution. Their efforts in diversity and inclusion have flourished under Hassan's stewardship. His team's work—building mentorship, internship programs, and employee resource groups—has been central to embedding an inclusive culture. Championing unconscious bias education and diversifying talent recruitment and retention are among the strategic endeavors that have marked his tenure. He is chair of the DEI Leadership Committee for that organization and sits on the leadership committee of the American Bankers Association Black Bankers Employee Resource Group. Additionally, he is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Board Member for the Philadelphia chapter, as well as the Chairperson for the Philadelphia chapter of ICF’s DEI and Marketing committees.

Hassan holds a BA in Marketing and a certification in Construction Management from Temple University's Fox School of Business. He is also certified in Establishing an Impactful Supplier Diversity Program and has over 25 years of professional experience managing people and processes.

After experiencing profound personal loss, Hassan realized his true purpose and fulfillment lie in championing others through a people-centered approach and helping others become the best version of themselves. As a lifelong learner who continuously pursues growth and a higher purpose, Hassan's passion is to awaken the potential in others, guiding people out of their comfort zones and towards imagining possibilities.

His perspective brings a unique skill set to individuals seeking to identify and meet goals, and organizations seeking to provide their leadership with enrichment opportunities and support. Now more than ever, investing in these distinct benefits is critical to increasing satisfaction, engagement, retention— and ultimately, the success of your organization.
